Lalita Projects specializes in the manufacturing, supply, and installation of:
Mineral Water Plants (Turnkey Projects)
Industrial & Commercial RO Systems
Bottling & Packaging Machines
BIS/FSSAI Laboratory Setup and Consultancy
Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services
Validity: All quotations provided by us are valid for a period of [e.g., 30 days] unless otherwise stated.
Customization: Since our projects are turnkey and customized, the final scope of work, technical specifications, and pricing will be governed by the specific Purchase Order (PO) or Service Agreement signed between both parties.
All payments must be made as per the schedule outlined in the formal contract.
Standard terms usually involve an advance payment for mobilization, followed by milestone payments (e.g., dispatch of machinery, installation, and commissioning).
Goods remain the property of Lalita Projects Pvt. Ltd. until full payment is received.
Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are subject to change due to site readiness, raw material availability, or “Force Majeure” events.
Site Readiness: The client is responsible for providing the necessary site conditions (civil work, power supply, raw water source) as per the technical layout provided by our engineering team.
Equipment Warranty: Most industrial plants carry a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Consumables (membranes, filters, chemicals) are generally not covered under warranty.
AMC: We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to ensure the longevity of the plant. Terms for AMC are negotiated separately.
While we provide the machinery and laboratory setups required for BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) or FSSAI certification, the final approval is subject to the government authorities’ inspection of the client’s facility. We act as consultants and manufacturers; the client is responsible for maintaining operational standards as per law.

Lalita Projects Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or production downtime, resulting from the use or inability to use our equipment, except where required by law.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Howrah/Kolkata, West Bengal.
